UNTITLED (FATHER'S PORTRAIT OF TRANS ONLY CHILD)

When I asked my father to make a portrait of me, he made by hand, a survival bracelet that is my height with two different knots intertwined.  A collaboration and conversation between my father and myself.I constructed the steel and concrete base that sits on forged anvils, one bronze, and one aluminum. 

Materials: Aluminum, bronze, steel, concrete, 5’7” of 150lb test polypropoline rope
